Rumba

DanceRumba is a Cuban dance, introduced to New York in 1914. It enjoyed a strong vogue during the early 1930's and was the first and most persistently popular of the many fashionable dances inspired by Afro-Cuban rhythms. By comparison to other standard forms of ballroom dancing, it requires uncomplicated footwork but considerable body movement.
